DCE was established last 2007, under the name of Development Consulting Engineering Company. DCE is one of the approved and prominent firms of Consulting Engineers in Doha states of Qatar with Grade A license in Architectural, Civil Mechanical and Electrical from Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA)

It is the first Qatari private shares holding company working for various fields and deals with construction branch. It is qualified and capable to provide most of the Engineers services for a wide range of activities from conceptual design to completion of projects in the field of Civil, Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical engineers

DCE provide a great, classy and trendy design to the clients with high standard and quality that meets to their expectations.

PERFORMANCE

To provide an innovative project of unique character, form and design, having maximum efficiency in use, constructed to the highest achievable quality having regard to the constraints of the Projects Program and Project Budget. The Projects shall be constructed on phases and thus the Consultant shall deliver/coordinate his services to suit the phases and packages of construction.
